About the Organization

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the designing and refining of the intervention program, to ensure interventions are tailored to meet the specific needs of target populations.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Intervention Coordinator to develop program materials and resources.
  • Supervise and support intervention facilitators, providing guidance and feedback to ensure effective delivery of interventions.
  • Conduct regular supervisions with facilitators to address challenges and provide solutions.
  • Monitor facilitators’ performance and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Plan, develop, organize, and deliver training sessions for intervention facilitators.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of assessment tools to evaluate program effectiveness.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor the progress and impact of interventions on field.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for different deliverables on the project.
  • Report to Project coordinator with project tasks.
  • Ensure that data collection and management processes are completed.
  • Undergo inhouse capacity building and supervision as and when necessary.
  • Submit regular reports to the Project Coordinator.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to intervention programs.
  • Attend and contribute to team meetings as necessary.
  • Maintain a good rapport with the project team through open-discussion.
  • Undertake any other task assigned by the Intervention/Project Coordinator or Principal Investigators.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Proficiency in Marathi and English (spoken and written)
  • Masters level education in clinical/counselling/child psychology, psychology
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience of working with adolescents/young people in therapeutic settings and projects
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent writing, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computing skills
  • Travel independently.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team
