People’s Action for National Integration (PANI) - a leading non-governmental organization (NGO) working across North India invites applications for the position of Lead – CSR Projects. This is a senior leadership role for a results-driven professional with strong people management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
Job Description
The Lead –CSR Projects will provide strategic and operational leadership to multiple CSR-funded initiatives, ensuring high-quality implementation, effective partnerships, and measurable impact. The role demands the ability to navigate complex program environments, manage diverse teams, and deliver outcomes under tight timelines.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution, and oversight of multiple CSR projects across geographies.
- Provide strong team leadership and people management, fostering performance, collaboration, and accountability.
- Manage relationships with corporate funders, government stakeholders, and partner organizations.
- Handle conflicts and complex situations with maturity and sound judgment.
- Ensure effective financial oversight, including budget planning, analysis, and utilization.
- Monitor project progress, analyze data, and ensure timely course corrections.
- Lead high-quality reporting, documentation, and presentations for funders and internal leadership.
- Ensure compliance with organizational, donor, and statutory requirements.
- Deliver results within pressing timelines while maintaining program quality and integrity.
- Look for funding opportunities, and prepare concept notes and proposals for potential funding partners
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the development sector, with at least 5 years in project management roles.
- Proven experience in managing large or multiple projects, preferably CSR-funded programs.
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and budget analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with government agencies and funders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially report writing.
- Ability to work under pressing timelines, manage ambiguity, and lead through complexity.
- High levels of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to social impact.
