Job Description

As a CSR Specialist will support the CSR Head in implementing and managing corporate social responsibility initiatives. This role focuses on executing CSR programs, maintaining documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, employee volunteering activities and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in revisiting and updating CSR policy documents as directed by the CSR Head.
  • Maintain accurate CSR documentation for Allstate Board and statutory filings.
  • Support the development and execution of ethical, sustainable, and environmental policies.
  • Coordinate CSR activities that positively impact local communities and the environment.
  • Raise awareness of CSR commitments through internal and external communication channels.
  • Conduct research on CSR best practices and provide insights to the CSR Head.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing the company’s social responsibility strategy.
  • Liaise with NGOs, employees, suppliers, charities, and other partners for CSR initiatives.
  • Ensure CSR activities comply with legal and commercial requirements.
  • Organize CSR-related events for employees and community engagement.
  • Support enhanced communication efforts for CSR (internal newsletters, external campaigns).
  • Prepare reports on CSR activities for review by the CSR Head and senior management.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Social Work, Sustainability, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10–15 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community engagement roles.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of CSR regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, employee volunteering activities and meet deadlines.
