Job Description

To undertake applied research in low carbon cements and deliver result oriented solutions to the construction industry

Job Responsibilities

• Establish new concrete laboratory including setting up SOP and QC norms
• Develop various mix designs, including high value and high performance concretes
• Test various concretes including fresh and hardened properties
• Laboratory and pilot production of concretes of various types through the use of supplementary materials.
• Pilot production of structural and non-structural grade concretes and products including selection and analysis of raw materials, process and analysis
• Use of cement in mortar and concrete, preparation of specimens, testing and analysis of mortar and concrete samples.
• Support to teams on testing and analysis
• Coordination with research laboratories in undertaking research and coordination
• Visit various RMC and cement industries to understand their issues and provide customized solutions as and when needed

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Civil, Cement, Materials, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Concrete Technology.

Desired Work Experience

• Atleast 4 years of experience in a cement or concrete, or any allied industry with industrial work experience in QC/QA, research lab, plant operations

Required as Regular / Contractual Employee

• As per need and qualification with performance based incentives
