Manager - Disha Abhiyan

Summary:
The Manager - Disha Abhiyan is a Central Core Team member and who will manage and scale Disha Abhiyan in Maharashtra and other states.
Responsibilities:
Program Coordination:
- Coordinate and support with officials and all stakeholders to facilitate smooth and effective implementation of the program
- Develop a reporting mechanism with the technical team for in time reporting of the program data
Scaling:
- Collate on ground intelligence and explore opportunities for scaling in new geographies.
- Explore and liaison with government authorities and organizations in new geographies to create an enabling environment
Data and Processes:
- Analyze data to provide insights on key metrics of Disha Program
- Create process maps for the team to allow easy collection, collation, management of data from the Disha Portal and the Disha MIS
External Partnerships:
Explore potential strategic partners for further enhancement and promotion of the Disha Program within and outside Maharashtra
Technology and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning:
Align with Tech and MEL Team for requirements and implementation
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Masters requirement . Applicants with a bachelor's degree but a strong background in the education sector will also be considered.
- 7-9 years work experience in:- project management, data and Monitoring and Evaluation techniques, understanding of Government network.
- Experience in conducting and planning training will be preferred.
- Can speak, read and write fluent English Marathi and Hindi

- Decision making: Ability to demonstrate good judgment and the ability to make sound, timely decisions, particularly under pressure.

- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders, from team members to executives
- Technology Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and various video editing and design software.
- Resilience: Handling high-pressure situations, setbacks, and criticism. Staying calm and composed during crises
- Working Together: Ability to inspire, motivate, and work with other stakeholders. Look for emotional intelligence, empathy, and the ability to facilitate positive interactions with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ownership: Ability and mindset of taking full responsibility and accountability of tasks, projects and outcomes.
