Location: Ahmedabad / Delhi

Role Type: Client-facing | 50% Travel (Pan-India)

CTC: 7.2 LPA to 10.80 LPA

We enable corporates, foundations, and institutions to manage scholarship programs through end-to-end technology—covering applications, evaluations, structured disbursements, real-time analytics, and compliance reporting.

Role Summary

The Manager – Partnerships will be responsible for building, converting, and managing partnerships with corporates, foundations, and educational institutions. This is a high-impact, client-facing role requiring strong understanding of CSR, education programs, and technology-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Building & Conversion

• Identify, engage, and convert partnerships with corporates, foundations, and institutions
• Drive discussions with CSR heads and foundation leaders seeking scalable scholarship solutions
• Move prospects from outreach to signed agreements with measurable conversion outcomes
• Achieve defined partnership and revenue targets

Platform Expertise & Demonstration

• Develop deep understanding of ScholarsBox platform features: custom microsites, dashboards, workflows, analytics, compliance reporting
• Conduct platform demonstrations for client teams
• Present multi-thematic scholarship capabilities (STEM, Education, Skilling, Sports, Entrepreneurship, etc.)
• Advise clients on suitable scholarship management models

Program Onboarding & Customization

• Onboard scholarship and application-based programs onto the platform
• Customize workflows, evaluation criteria, branding, and disbursement structures
• Ensure all programs align with CSR Schedule VII compliance
• Onboard educational institutions to promote scholarship applications

Implementation & Coordination

• Ensure smooth transition from partnership closure to program launch
• Coordinate closely with internal operations and tech teams
• Monitor implementation timelines and deliverables
• Prepare proposals showcasing platform capabilities and impact case studies

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 4–5 years in partnerships, CSR engagement, business development, EdTech/SaaS sales, or platform-based solutions

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven partnership conversion track record
• Strong understanding of CSR law (Section 135, Schedule VII)
• Ability to demonstrate digital platforms and dashboards
• Client presentations and solution selling
• Stakeholder relationship management
• Willingness to travel extensively

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• MBA / Postgraduate degree preferred
