Manager – Scholarships & Impact Funds

Location: Ahmedabad

Role Type: Program & Operations-focused

CTC: 7.2 LPA to 10.80 LPA

Role Summary

The Manager – Scholarships & Impact Funds will design, implement, and manage end-to-end scholarship programs using the ScholarsBox digital platform. This role focuses on program structuring, operations, impact tracking, and compliance, working closely with clients, institutions, and beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Program Design & Structuring

• Design scholarship programs aligned with client goals and CSR compliance
• Develop eligibility criteria, application forms, evaluation mechanisms, and award structures
• Configure programs on ScholarsBox platform with custom branding and workflows
• Design multi-thematic programs across education levels (school to post-graduate)

Client Collaboration & Alignment

• Conduct client consultations to understand CSR priorities and scholarship objectives 
• Translate requirements into operational program designs
• Present program frameworks, dashboards, analytics, and compliance workflows
• Ensure alignment with Schedule VII – Education & Skilling activities Implementation & Launch
• Coordinate with operations team for program go-live
• Set up microsites, dashboards, and role-based access
• Support institutional onboarding and launch events
• Train client teams on platform usage where required

Application & Evaluation Management

• Oversee automated application processing and evaluations
• Design transparent evaluation systems and expert panels
• Ensure fairness, transparency, and documentation integrity

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with educational institutions for outreach and application drives
• Engage beneficiaries and support award ceremonies
• Manage beneficiary communication and queries
• Facilitate mentorship or alumni engagement initiatives

Monitoring, Reporting & Impact

• Track utilization and progress via real-time dashboards
• Monitor beneficiary outcomes and program effectiveness
• Prepare impact and compliance reports for clients
• Define KPIs covering reach, completion, and outcomes

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze program data to improve workflows
• Refine processes based on stakeholder feedback
• Stay updated on best practices in scholarship and fund management

Required Qualifications

Experience:

• 4–5 years in scholarship administration, CSR program management, education operations, or impact fund management

Must-Have Skills:

• Program design and end-to-end execution
• CSR compliance knowledge (Section 135, Schedule VII)
• Strong operational and coordination skills
• Technology comfort with dashboards and workflows
• Stakeholder and beneficiary management
• Reporting and presentation skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s / MBA / Education Management preferred
