Job Title: Marketing Executive (Marketing and Digital Promotion)

Location: Jharkhand

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 5–7 years

Education: MBA/PGDM (Marketing)/ master’s in business administration or equivalent

Salary Range: ₹22000 per month CTC (based on experience and skills)

Role Overview:

The Marketing Executive will support product visibility and sales growth through digital and offline marketing strategies for SHGs and MSMEs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing and digital promotion campaigns
• Manage social media, online content, and advertisements
• Conduct market research and identify new customer segments
• Coordinate with artisans/SHGs for product promotion

Skills & Competencies:

• Digital marketing knowledge
• Content and campaign management
• Market analysis skills
• MS Office & basic design tools
