Britannia Nutrition Foundation (BNF) is the CSR wing of Britannia Industries Limited, committed to addressing malnutrition and anaemia in vulnerable communities across India. As part of our programmatic expansion in Nandurbar district, Maharashtra, we are inviting applications from committed and dynamic professionals for the following full-time positions:
Position 1: District Program Manager (DPM)
Location: Nandurbar District, Maharashtra
Number of Positions: 1
Reporting to: Head, BNF
Nature of Engagement: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management including design, planning, implementation, assessment, documentation, monitoring & evaluation, and reporting
- Supervise and provide regular handholding support to Cluster program officers & area Coordinators
- Liaise with district/block-level departments, local administration, and stakeholders
- Ensure proper financial management and adherence to budgets for the assigned region
- Oversee vendor coordination and service delivery
- Maintain accurate data and ensure timely submission of reports and dashboards
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the leadership team
- Responsible for establishment of EDNS unit, facilitation for FSSAI approvals, functioning & day to day management of the unit.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Postgraduate degree in Public Health and Social Work (Candidates from TISS, IIPH, IIHMR, XISS preferred)
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant work experience in public health or nutrition
- Demonstrated leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Marathi and English is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the district.
Remuneration: As per qualifications and experience; aligned with sectoral norms.
Position 2: Cluster Program Officer
Location: Multiple blocks within Nandurbar District
Reporting to: District Program Manager
Nature of Engagement: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of program activities at the intervention blocks
- Supervise field facilitators and ensure quality of grassroots-level service delivery.
- Coordinate with Anganwadi workers, ASHAs, ANMs, and Panchayati Raj representatives.
- Organize and conduct community engagement activities, trainings, and awareness campaigns.
- Ensure timely data collection and submission of accurate field reports.
- Coordinate district & block level support for logistics and vendor management
- Conduct regular field visits across the assigned block.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Post graduates in Social Work, Nutrition, Public Health, or Rural Development
- 2–3 years of relevant field experience in community-based programs.
- Understanding of rural health systems and government service delivery mechanisms.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and digital reporting tools.
- Fluency in Marathi is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned blocks

Position 3: Area Coordinator
Location: Assigned block/s within Nandurbar District
Reporting to: District Program Manager
Nature of Engagement: Full-time
Role Summary: The Area Coordinator will be responsible for field-level implementation, coordination, and monitoring of BNF’s nutrition and health initiatives in the assigned block. The role requires close engagement with frontline workers, community members, school staff, Anganwadi Centres, PRI members to ensure effective program delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nutrition, Public Health, Sociology, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is desirable.
2. Work Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in community-based health, nutrition, education, or development programs.
- Experience working with ICDS, Health, or Education departments, or within CSR/non-profit programs, is preferred.
3. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Marathi (spoken and written) is essential. Basic understanding of Hindi and/or English is an added advantage.
4. Technical & Digital Skills: Ability to use mobile-based reporting tools, share updates via WhatsApp, and maintain digital documentation efficiently.
5. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Strong skills in community engagement, with the ability to collaborate with frontline workers, Self Help Groups (SHGs), Village Health and Development Committees (VHDCs), and school staff.
6. Mobility & Location: Willingness to travel extensively within field areas, including schools, Anganwadi Centres, and remote villages.

Position 4: Finance & Admin Associate
Location: Bangalore
Reporting to: Assistant Manager, Finance, BNF
Nature of Engagement: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update attendance records and travel reimbursement trackers
- Support quotation comparison in line with AOP/budget approvals
- Assist in MIRO posting, payment reconciliation, and vendor coordination
- Maintain stock registers and oversee material distribution documentation
- Verify and process Suposhan Sakhi reimbursements
- Assist in vendor creation and maintain accurate journal entries
- Consolidate monthly/quarterly expenditure sheets
- Handle administrative tasks including hotel bookings, travel coordination, and team logistics
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounts and admin roles
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT, and basic accounting tools
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills, functional knowledge of Hindi & English is a must
- Ability to coordinate across teams and meet deadlines
