About the Organization

ACCESS Development Services is a national livelihoods promotion organization with focus on incubating innovations and sustainable models for livelihoods promotion of the poor. ACCESS operates in 14 states across the country, with programmes in both rural and urban locations, as well as in both farm and the non-farm sector. Currently, ACCESS supports more than 3 lakh households, strengthening their livelihoods and moving those from subsistence to sustainable levels through a clutch of intertwined interventions.

ACCESS Development Services is currently implementing numerous programs in Agri-value chain development, climate resilient agriculture, carbon farming and FPOs; Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Rajasthan, Telangana and West Bengal in collaboration with various Public Sector, Philanthropic and CSR agencies. All programs are being managed by respective Team Leaders at State or program level.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Partnership Manager to lead the development and management of key partnerships that drive green technology promotion in agriculture. This role will focus on fostering collaborations with public and private sector stakeholders, not for profit organisations/CSR partners, technology providers/agristartups/incubators and other institutional partners to enhance farmer-centric, climate-resilient agricultural solutions.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for developing strong partnership support, helping to achieve the project objectives.

• Identify, evaluate and onboard potential partners aligned with the project
• Build and maintain strong relationships with project partners and policy influencer to drive systemic change
• Facilitate partnership agreements and manage the execution of contractual terms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with agri-technology, agri-input, agri-output teams to plan and deliver partnership initiatives.
• Ensure regular meetings with partners to promote and scale technologies in the clusters.
• Represent ACCESS at partner meetings, workshops, conferences, and industry events.
• Explore new business opportunities with the partners and design proposals.
• Support team in developing case studies and other project related documents.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any stream however Agriculture/Agribusiness/Rural Management/Development Management is preferred.

Skills & competencies

• 6-10 years of relevant work experience as mentioned above.
• Proven experience in partnership management preferably in agriculture, sustainability, agri-technology sector is essential.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with track record of driving impactful collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively.
• Travelling to project locations.
