Job Title: Product Development Officer (Quality and Product Improvement)

Location: Jharkhand

Experience: 4–6 years

Education: Degree in Design / Textile / Fashion

Salary Range: ₹28000 per month CTC (based on experience and skills)

Role Overview:

The officer will improve product design, quality, and market relevance for handicraft and handloom products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and upgrade product designs
• Coordinate prototyping and sampling
• Conduct artisan training workshops
• Ensure quality standards
