Program Facilitator (Full time, New Delhi)

The Program Facilitator will be responsible for implementing organization and leadership development
processes and strategic interventions with Community-Based Organizations (CBOs). They will provide
cognitive and capacity-building inputs to strengthen and support CBO growth, building sustainable relationships
to ensure continuous development. Regular reviews will be conducted to assess progress and outcomes and the
facilitator will also coordinate with CBOs.
