Locations: Khunti & West Singhbhum - Jharkhand, Keonjhar & Mayurbhanj – Odisha

Reporting: State Program Coordinator / Program Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Organise, plan and facilitate quality training as per the program requirement for team members and stakeholders at state, district and sub district level in close coordination with NHM structure.
• Support training plan development, preparation and execution of training in scale up.
• Assess the quality of training in a cascade approach and ensure that all the learning objectives set in the beginning of the program are achieved.
• As a team, develop a training calendar for the program in consultation with senior team members.
• As a training resource group, develop new tools, audio visual aids, methodology, schedules incorporating learnings and requirements of the program team in consultation with technical team members.
• Develop manuals related to different capacity building areas in consultation with other team members.
• Preparation of training reports, trainee assessment report, training process document and other documentation needs as per the project design.
•  Develop understanding and skill of the program implementation team on project as well as other related aspects on a regular basis.
• Any other responsibilities given by the organisation for program and organizational development.

Key Competencies:

• Understanding of adolescent health, SRH, and/or CSE programming.
• Competence in data interpretation, documentation, and reporting.
• Good communication and facilitation with adolescents.
• Creativity in using sports/arts/digital media to engage peers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Master’s degree in public health, social sciences, education, or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant program implantation/training experiences, including district level coordination.
• Preferred experience working with government health/education systems.
• Proficiency in Odia, Hindi and English languages.

Remuneration: Rs. 70,000 – Rs. 80,000/- per month (CTC includes EPF, Gratuity, Taxes)
