About the Organization
Established in 2007, the National Health Systems Resource Centre, a premier Think Tank for MoHFW, is mandated to assist in policy and strategy development in the provision and mobilization of technical assistance to the states and in capacity building for the Ministry of Health.
Job Description
- Facilitating meetings with external partners, maintaining meeting schedules, managing Coordinating with internal teams and external IT vendors/partners; scheduling and facilitating meetings, demos, and technical discussions.
- Drafting official communication, technical notes, meeting agendas, and minutes; maintaining proper documentation.
- Processing IT-related work orders, vendor invoices, procurement files, and maintaining leave/attendance records of section staff.
- Assisting in preparation and updating of IT policies, SOPs, RFPs/tender documents, and compliance reports.
- Managing IT-related MIS, trackers, databases, dashboards, and ensuring timely updates.
- Designing and maintaining digital forms, templates, and reporting formats as required.
- Setting up review meetings, and coordinating schedules.
- Supporting IT and administrative functions of the division; ensuring proper filing (electronic & physical) and easy retrieval of records.
- Handling and prioritizing IT-related correspondence (emails, tickets, letters, packages, etc.) and ensuring timely redressal.
- Assisting in planning and logistics for IT workshops, training sessions, conferences, and review meetings.
- Preparing and formatting presentations, technical briefs, or reports as required.
- Facilitating official travel arrangements for IT staff/division as needed.
- Any other IT/administrative tasks as assigned by the PAO & IT-Manager.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
Graduate Degree (Regular) in B.A. / B. Com / B.Sc. / BCA with a Master’s Degree (Regular) in MA / M.Com / M.Sc. / MCA Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience. A relaxation of up to 2 years in the required experience may be allowed if the experience is found to be relevant.
Desirable:
- Certification course in MS Office.
- Preference will be given to candidate having experience in Government, Quasi Government departments or Government funded autonomous institutions.
Skills:
- Good typing speed (35 wpm).
- Excellent administrative, organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
- Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in MS office, Excel and Power point.
- Should have some working knowledge of GEM/Procurement/Tender.
- Knowledge of Filing, Indexing, and Document Management.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in drafting notes and letters in English with focus on spelling, punctuation, grammar and other language skills
