Don Bosco Tech Society is looking for an organized and experienced trainer to provide complete training to underprivileged youth (based on knowledge and skills with materials, instructions, and other learning resources).

Designation: Senior Executive – State MIS

Location: Rangajan (Assam)

Number of Positions (Per Location)- 1

Roles and Responsibilities

• Adhere to the framework, policies, and guidelines of the database management to ensure data accuracy and security.
• Data entry and Data Management of the training program at different stakeholders portals.
• Ensure coordination and management of Accreditation and Affiliation process of
• training centers at different stakeholders portal.
• Coordinate with state and national to ensure the accuracy and authenticity of trainee’s data.
• Monitor the database and its authenticity.
• Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection guidelines.
• Aligning the data for report generation as per each project deliverable.
• Assist to develop and generate rational formats for analysis and reporting.
• Regular sampling of data to authenticate its accuracy.

Required Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field and appropriate experience.
• Strong knowledge of the subject, it market requirements and best practices.
• Knowledge in MS Office etc.
• Ability to measure, analyze and trainees performance.
• Ability to motivate others to improve their skills.
• Skill in organizing work of self and others, time management, decision making and presentation making.
• High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style, creativity and conceptual thinking abilities
• Skill in both verbal, written communications and multitasking.

Core Competencies

• Confident public speaker and a devoted educator who is up-to-date on the latest tools and resources to provide training
• Capacity building and training skills
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Excellent Communication, Interpersonal skills & facilitation skills
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Must be familiar with local language
