Job Position: Sr. Associate-CSR and Urban Programs,

Locations: Ahmedabad, Delhi

No. of Position: 2

CTC: ₹7.8 LPA - ₹9.6 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

About the Position:

The Sr. Associate – CSR and Urban Programs will play a key role in conceptualizing, implementing, and managing CSR initiatives and urban development programs. The role involves close coordination with corporate partners, NGOs, and government stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery, monitoring, and impact assessment in urban communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management & Implementation

• Design, plan, and implement CSR and social impact programs focused on urban development, livelihoods, education, and sustainability.
• Coordinate with partner NGOs, government departments, and community stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution.
• Conduct field visits and supervise on-ground activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to quality standards.

Corporate Partnership & Coordination

• Support in developing and managing partnerships with corporate donors for urban CSR programs.
• Assist in proposal development, project reporting, and presentations for existing and prospective CSR partners.
• Manage end-to-end program documentation, donor communication, and impact storytelling.

Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)

• Track project deliverables, milestones, and KPIs; ensure compliance with CSR partner requirements.
• Support impact measurement and reporting through data collection, analysis, and case documentation.

Team & Capacity Building

• Work closely with field teams and implementing partners to ensure capacity enhancement and alignment with project goals.
• Facilitate workshops, awareness sessions, and stakeholder meetings as needed.

Communication & Documentation

• Document program progress through reports, success stories, and visual media (photos, videos, social posts).
• Collaborate with the communications team for storytelling, visibility, and dissemination of program outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Rural/Urban Development, Public Policy, or related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in CSR, social development, or urban community programs.
• Proven experience in CSR project management, stakeholder engagement, and partnership coordination.
• Strong documentation, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management tools.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and partner coordination.
