Location: Nashik
Experience: 2–4 years (on-ground execution & monitoring)
Compensation: ₹4.0 LPA to 5.5 LPA
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred). Additional certifications/courses in Water Resources or Watershed Management will be an added advantage.
Other Requirement: Must own a 2-wheeler for daily commute and site visits.

Role Overview:

The Sr. Associate – CSR and Waste Management will be responsible for implementing and monitoring CSR projects focused on solid waste management and environmental sustainability. The role involves close coordination with municipal bodies, corporate partners, and community stakeholders to ensure effective execution of waste segregation, recycling, and awareness initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on field experience, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for driving community-led environmental impact.

Roles and Responsibility:

1️⃣ Program Implementation & Field Coordination

  • Execute solid waste management projects in collaboration with municipal bodies, corporates, and community partners.
  • Oversee on-ground activities like waste segregation drives, awareness campaigns, and capacity-building workshops.
  • Ensure project milestones, deliverables, and reporting timelines are met.

2️⃣ Stakeholder Engagement

  • Liaise with local government authorities (Municipal Corporation), RWAs, SHGs, and recyclers for smooth program execution.
  • Conduct community awareness sessions and behavioral change campaigns on waste segregation and sustainability practices.

3️⃣ Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track progress through field reports, data analysis, and periodic impact assessments.
  • Maintain project documentation, photographs, attendance sheets, and dashboards for funder updates.

4️⃣ Vendor & Team Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors for material procurement, event setups, and logistics.
  • Supervise on-ground volunteers, facilitators, and community mobilizers.

5️⃣ Awareness & Capacity Building

  • Design and deliver IEC (Information, Education & Communication) materials for different stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training programs for school students, waste collectors, and local community leaders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Environmental Science, Social Work, or related disciplines.
  • 2–4 years of experience in CSR/environmental projects, preferably waste management or sustainability.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, data entry, and report writing.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and stakeholder engagement across urban/rural Nashik.
