(Jharcraft) aims to empanel Business Development Service Providers (BDSPs) to support MSMEs, startups, and SMEs across Jharkhand through non-financial services such as mentoring, training, and business planning, with the objective of strengthening the business ecosystem and promoting sustainable growth.

Salary Range: ₹28,000 per month CTC (based on experience and skills)

Role Overview:

Provides technical guidance to improve handloom and textile production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on weaving, dyeing, and finishing
• Develop new patterns and motifs
• Train artisans and clusters
• Ensure quality consistency

Skills & Competencies:

• Textile production knowledge
• CAD, CAM, Ned Graphics, Jacquard software for textile design familiarity
• Artisan engagement
