Manav Rachna Educational Institutions (MREI) founded in 1997, is a visible symbol of knowledge & experience providing high-quality education in various fields.

About the Conference  

The 4th PRITAM SINGH MEMORIAL (PRISM) CONFERENCE, scheduled for November 2024, addresses "Workplace Disruptions: Leadership Challenges and Organizational Sustainability." Amidst the 'VIKSIT BHARAT' era, it underscores agility, innovation, and resilience as pivotal for business continuity. Sub-themes will encompass dynamic workplaces, geopolitical shifts, future leadership, diversity equity inclusion practices, and academia-business alliances.

Esteemed thought leaders, policymakers, and educators will convene to deliberate on strategies essential for sustainable growth amidst relentless disruption. Discussions will delve into embracing change, leveraging research insights, and fostering collective intelligence. Attendees will engage in formal discourse to navigate complexities and sculpt pathways toward enduring organizational prosperity.

Theme – Workplace Disruptions: Leadership Challenges and Organization Sustainability

Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS) is organizing the fourth Pritam Singh Memorial (PRISM) Conference from November 19th to 21st, 2024. Padamshri Late Prof. Pritam Singh, our esteemed mentor and guru, always emphasized the value of creating a platform that unites scholars, researchers, and management thinkers from various organizations and sectors to collaborate on business and societal development research projects. Continuing the tradition, the PRISM conference invites academicians, practitioners, research scholars, entrepreneurs, and professionals from different walks of life to submit conceptual, theoretical, case-based, and empirical papers on workplace disruptions, emerging challenges, and organizational sustainability.

A few sub-themes for paper submission are provided below-

  • The new business address- dealing with the reality of a dynamic workplace: This track invites papers related to startups and emerging business organizations to identify various opportunities and challenges faced by them in the current ecosystem. Papers from different sectors and different functional areas related to startups and entrepreneurship will enrich this track.
  • Leading businesses in times of continuous disruption- Geopolitics, Power Shifts, and Strategic Challenges defining the new landscape: Business organizations are grappling with global volatility and geopolitical implications that affect their performance. This track invites researchers to share ideas and research work on sustainable organizations and business practices.
  • Leadership of the future: Managing AI, sustainability, disruption, and technology at the workplace: Leading in a world where AI and technology are prevalent is a significant challenge. It presents both opportunities and challenges that are yet unknown. This track is designed to encourage participants to share their work and insights on the challenges that future leaders may face. The focus is on a cross-disciplinary approach to create a knowledge base for practitioners to leverage technology effectively for business productivity.
  • DEI Practices, Employee Wellbeing, Research and Business Growth-Navigating through business realities for success: Employee wellness and DEI practices have taken the world by storm, with a wave of awareness about the importance of employees’ mental health and its impact on productivity. They comply effectively with the SDG goals outlined by the UN. This track will discuss emerging practices, case studies, and empirical research work related to the above practices.
  • Business and academia: Leveraging partnership for business success: Educational institutions play an important role in nation-building as they groom future leaders. The contributions and partnership of the academic world with the business fraternity are essential to prepare future leaders. Innovative pedagogies, new specializations, and customized implementation plans to bridge the industry-academia gap and promote student employability are invited for this track.

How to Apply

  • All contributions must adhere to the APA 7th edition referencing style, with a font size of 12 in Times New Roman and line spacing of 1.5.
  • Submissions can be made at https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/PRISM2024
  • Full paper submissions must be between 4000 words to 6000 words.
  • Abstract submissions must be no less than 200 words (for regular abstracts) and no more than 1500 words in length (for extended abstracts).
  • The paper should be unique and not presented in any other conference or publication domain.
  • Paper should be checked for plagiarism before submission (acceptable plag below 10%).
