Our aim is to create a brighter future for these children by providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed in life. We believe that education is the most powerful tool to break the cycle of poverty and that every child deserves a chance to learn, grow, and achieve their dreams.

About the Fellowship

Flashlights Fellowship Program, an innovative online volunteering initiative designed to make volunteering accessible to all. We believe in the power of collective action and aim to sensitize youth towards community development. By participating in this program, you have the opportunity to contribute and be a part of the impactful change we strive for at Project Flashlights.

The Flashlights Fellowship Program (FFP) spans 12 weeks, during which you will be assigned simple tasks to support the vision of Project Flashlights. Each week, you will undertake one task, collectively working towards making a positive difference.

In a nutshell, our primary goal is to spread kindness and mobilize the youth towards nation-building, while also expanding the reach and awareness of our organization’s work to create a greater impact.

Program Highlights:

• 12 Small Tasks: Over the course of 12 weeks, you will be assigned 12 small tasks. These tasks are designed to be manageable and impactful, allowing you to contribute effectively to the community development cause.
• Minimum Task Completion: To receive the full benefits of the program, participants are encouraged to complete a minimum of 10 out of the 12 tasks assigned.
• 12th Week: In the 12th week, participants will take on 2 bigger tasks. If you have a “Student status,” it is mandatory for you to complete at least one of these tasks. This week offers an opportunity for greater engagement and a chance to showcase your skills and interests.
• Share Your Experience: After completing each task, we encourage you to share your experience on social media. By doing so, you amplify the impact of your actions and inspire others to join the movement.
