RFP for Development of Nand Ghar Model at Jaipur Literature Festival 2025

Project Overview

The Anil Agarwal Foundation seeks proposals from qualified agencies to develop and execute a Nand Ghar model installation at the Jaipur Literature Festival 2024. This initiative is part of a three-year partnership with the festival to create awareness about the Nand Ghar Project.

Event Details

• Date: 30^th January to 3^rd February’ 2025
• Location: Jaipur Literature Festival Venue, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Scope of Work

1. Infrastructure Development

• Construction of Nand Ghar Model
• Workshop Area Setup
  • Stage with professional lighting and sound systems
  • Adequate seating arrangements
• Hospitality Area

2. Cultural Workshop Programming

The agency will organize and manage the following workshops:

• Traditional Puppetry Sessions
• Sounds of Rajasthan Performances
• Craft Workshops
• Cultural Performances
  • Nukkad Natak (Street Theater)

3. Engagement Activities

• Interactive Experiences:
  • Professional Face Painting/Temporary Tattoo Station
  • 360° Photo Booth Installation
  • Traditional Mehendi Application
  • Themed Photo Booth

4. Branding Elements

• Design and Installation of:
  • Professional Standees and Backdrops
  • Pathway and Gazebo Decorations
  • 3D Letter Cutouts

Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on:

• Technical expertise and experience
• Creative approach and innovation
• Project management capabilities
• Cost effectiveness
• Past performance record

Submission Guidelines

Please submit comprehensive proposals including:

1. Detailed project execution plan
2. Timeline for implementation
3. Resource allocation strategy
4. Budget breakdown
5. Risk management plan
6. Quality control measures

2. Final design or any edits agency would like to make.
3. Agency credentials
4. Experience working for similar projects and Vedanta / Anil Agarwal Foundation
5. Financial Turnover – last 3 years
6. Commercial proposal/ cost.
