Position: Teaching Fellow

Duration: Two Years

Stipend: 15,000 INR per month

About the Role:

Do you have a passion for education and social justice? Do you dream of creating a lasting impact on children and communities in India? Anubhuti is seeking dedicated and inspiring young leaders to join our two-year Teaching Fellowship Program. As a Fellow, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to ensure equal access to quality education for all children.

The 3C Framework:

Our program is built around the 3Cs: Classroom, Community, and Capacity Building. As a Fellow, you'll gain experience in all three areas, empowering you to become a well-rounded changemaker in education.

What You Will Do:

Classroom Interventions:

• Work directly with students in underserved communities, providing academic support, fostering a love of learning, and igniting their potential.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to enhance classroom engagement and learning outcomes.

Community Engagement:

• Inspire parents and local youth to take leadership and ownership of their children's education.
• Facilitate dialogues and collaboration between schools and communities, promoting school development.

Capacity Building:

• Participate in ongoing professional development workshops to unlearn and re-learn best practices in pedagogy, teaching methods, and leadership.
• Continuously develop your skills and knowledge to become a more effective educator and leader.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Recent graduates (or graduating seniors) with a strong academic background (specific degrees if relevant).
• Passionate about education and social change.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Fluency in local languages (specify languages if relevant).
• A desire to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and communities in India.
• Teaching experience with Children 6-14 years or relevant
• Open to travel and support local communities.
