This course is designed to help women scientists step back from the everyday life of science and technology and explore the social in what they do as well as in conditions around them.
  • The resultant introspection on their role in science can be expected to enhance their sense of social responsibility and help them explore possibilities of increasing their own presence, visibility, and entrepreneurial capabilities in Science and Technology. The course is meant exclusively for women scientists in India.

The course is limited to 25 participants based on a review and selection process as per the guidelines given by DST. Both Nomination and Bio-data Forms duly signed should be sent to niasdst-srs@nias.res.in.
