BharatCares is the social impact arm of the CSRBOX Group, working towards enabling sustainable and inclusive development across communities in India. BharatCares undertakes and supports programmes across areas including livelihoods, education, healthcare, WASH, environmental sustainability, community development and social infrastructure.

As part of its ongoing and upcoming programmes across India, BharatCares is inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced manufacturers, OEMs, authorised distributors and suppliers for the supply and deployment of solar panels, solar street lights and associated equipment across multiple project locations.

Scope of Requirement

The requirement may include:

• Solar PV Panels – Mono-crystalline and other suitable technologies
• Solar Street Lights – Integrated/All-in-One and split-type systems
• Solar LED luminaires, batteries, controllers and mounting structures
• Poles, cables and other associated accessories
• Transportation and delivery to project locations
• Installation, commissioning and testing, wherever required
• Warranty, repair, replacement and after-sales support

The exact specifications, quantities, locations and timelines will be shared separately based on project requirements.

Who Can Apply?

Suppliers should:

●      Be a legally registered entity in India with valid GST and PAN.

●      Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the solar sector.

●      Have demonstrated experience in supplying solar panels and/or solar street lights.

●      Have the capacity to undertake multi-location/Pan-India supply and delivery.

●      Have adequate technical, logistics, installation and after-sales service capabilities.

●      Comply with applicable Indian statutory, technical and quality standards.

Suppliers with experience in CSR, government, institutional, rural development or community infrastructure projects are encouraged to apply.
