BharatCares in CSR partnership with one of the India’s  leading company delivering high-quality healthcare products for hospitals and commercial usage invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from the interested vendors for supply, and installation of Medical and other Equipment in Tamil Nadu.

Purpose:

To empanel and get into contractual partnership with vendors for supply, and installation of Medical and, other equipment in government Hospitals of  Thoothukudi district ( Authoor PHC, Eral GCHC, Megnanapuram GCHC), Ariyalur district (T Palur GCHC) in Tamil Nadu under a CSR Project.

Requirements:

1. Procurements of Medical equipment with complete setup and delivery of the same at the respective site as per Annexure – 1
2. End-to-end installation of the Medical and other equipment
3. All materials should be of good brand with extended warranty and maintenance on each of the product
4. The quotation should be inclusive of all the charges i.e. (material + transportation till sites) + GST, along with the maintenance and warranty/guarantee of the product

 Desirable Vendor:

1. At least 3-4 years of experience of working on Medical Equipment
2. Vendors having prior experience of working with government agencies/departments and big corporations will be preferred
3. A team of committed and well-trained engineers and staff for the complete installation of the solar plant

Priority Districts:

1. Thoothukudi district (Authoor PHC, Eral GCHC, Megnanapuram GCHC), Ariyalur district (T Palur GCHC) in Tamil Nadu

How to Apply:

All the interested vendors/companies are requested to submit their best price quotation along with the following documents to participate in the bidding process

1. Company registered PAN card and Aadhar card
2. Company director’s PAN card and Aadhar card
3. Registration certificate of the company
4. GST Registration certificate
5. Balance sheet of the last 2 years
6. Details of the last 3 projects along with the references

1. Tender will be finalized based on the Price bid (Email followed by the Hard copy) opening procedure. "NO REVERSE AUCTION" will be conducted. Hence, please submit your lowest most comparative offer.
2. VENDOR HAS TO CONFORM TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (mentioned along with line item/ description)
3. VENDOR HAS TO SEAL & SIGN EACH AND EVERY PAGE/DOCUMENT OF THE quotation.
4. DELIVERY REQUIRED: 04 WEEKS FROM THE DATE OF PO.
5. QUOTATION SHOULD BE VALID FOR 90 DAYS FROM DUE DATE.
6. ANY DEVIATIONS FROM OR ADDITIONS TO THE "GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT" OR "SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT"REQUIRE SMEC Trust's EXPRESS WRITTEN CONSENT. THE GENERAL TERMS OF BUSINESS OR SALE OF THE BIDDER SHALL NOT APPLY TO THIS
7. This is only an EOI, not an order.
8. All quotations should be inclusive of complete installation, transportation, and GST charges, there shall be no additional hidden cost
9. All Prices should be written in words and numbers
