Expression of Interest (EOI) for Digital and Video Production Agencies

1. Overview

CSRBOX invites experienced digital and video production agencies to express their interest in providing high-quality production services to support CSRBOX projects. We aim to onboard 3-4 agencies to work on short films, promotional videos, animations, and other digital media, effectively communicating our impact, insights, and initiatives in the social impact and CSR landscape.

2. Purpose of the EOI

This EOI is designed to pre-qualify a select number of agencies capable of meeting CSRBOX’s creative and technical needs on a unit-based rate structure. Selected agencies will form a panel of trusted partners, allowing CSRBOX to engage with them on a project basis as requirements arise.

3. Scope of Services Required

Agencies are expected to provide services, including but not limited to:

• Short Films: Concept development, scripting, production, editing, and post-production for short films (2-10 minutes) showcasing project stories, case studies, and impact narratives.
• Promotional Videos: Creation, scripting, and production of videos for social media, campaign promotions, and event highlights.
• Animations: 2D/3D animations and motion graphics, including narration or voiceover, to simplify complex topics in an engaging format.
• Editing and Post-Production: Comprehensive editing, colour grading, sound mixing, and other post-production services to ensure high-quality outputs.

*Note: Agencies with geographic spread across India are preferred to meet diverse filming requirements.

4. Submission Requirements

Interested agencies are requested to submit the following:

• Agency Profile: Brief introduction, including team expertise, areas of specialisation, relevant client experience, year of establishment, legal entity nature, and top projects from the last three years.
• Portfolio: Examples of relevant work, particularly in the social impact, CSR, nonprofit, or educational sectors, with links to completed projects in varying lengths (60 seconds, 1-3 minutes, and 10 minutes).
• Team Capacity: Description of team size and skill set for project delivery.
• Proposed Unit-Based Rates: Rate card for services, including per-minute video rates, animation costs, daily filming rates, and post-production fees.
• Technical Capabilities: Overview of tools, software, and equipment used for high-quality production (preferably 4K compatible, suitable for OTT platforms).
• Client References: Contact information for 2-3 previous clients who can attest to the agency’s work quality and reliability.
• Turnaround Time and Capacity: Standard delivery timelines for different project types and agency’s capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Selection Criteria

Agencies will be evaluated based on:

• Quality and Relevance: Assessment of the portfolio and past projects aligned with CSRBOX’s needs.
• Competitive Pricing: Transparent and competitive unit-based pricing.
• Technical Expertise: Capability to deliver diverse digital formats and high production standards.
• Reliability and Track Record: Proven history of timely delivery and consistent project quality.

* Shortlisted agencies will be contacted for further discussions, and selected agencies will be invited to enter a framework agreement with CSRBOX.

This EOI does not constitute a commitment to contract. CSRBOX reserves the right to reject any or all submissions without liability.
