About the Organization

Water Resources Department, formerly known as Irrigation Department is one of the major establishments of Government of Madhya Pradesh. It protects the right of State in sharing Water of Inter State Rivers/Basins. The field of Operations of Water Resources Department is responsible for creation and maintenance of irrigation potential through construction of water resources projects. It also looks after Calamity Managements in the form of construction and maintenance of flood control works, reservoir operation and reconstruction of structures damaged by cyclone.construction, maintenance and regulation of Major , Medium & Minor irrigation projects, Flood Control and Drainage works.

About the Proposal

Name of Work: Environment clearance of Pawa and Sonpura Irrigation project District Shivpuri from Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Govt. of India.

Preparation of Environment impact assessment management plan including required data, necessary studies for environmental impact assessment, preparation of resettlement and rehabilitation plan, dam break analysis etc., submission of draft environmental impact assessment management plan with executive summary in Hindi and English to State Pollution Control Board in required copies for conducting public hearing, preparation of final environmental impact assessment /environment management plan including public hearing report as per proposed TOR and submission to expert appraisal committee /state expert appraisal committee and obtaining environment clearance from competent authority including preparation and submission of six monthly monitoring report to regional office, ministry of forest and climate change and other compliances in accordance with condition stipulated in environment clearance complete with all lead and lift for all material, machinery, labour, other miscellaneous expenses and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Value Put To tender (PAC): Rs.74.18 Lakhs (Seventy four Lakh and Eighteen Thousand Only)

Period of Contract: 06 Month (Six Months) Including rainy Season

Eligibility

The bidder should have:

• Only consultants having following pre-requisites shall qualify in the tender: a. Consultant should be accredited/provisionally accredited by QCI-NABET for River valley, hydel, drainage and irrigation projects.
• Consultant should have presented and got at least 3 environmental clearances for river valley projects from MOEF/SEIAA in last 3 years for an Irrigation project having CCA more than 10801 hectares.

How to Apply

Physical submission of documents is not required. Original copy of Affidavits, POA and JV Related Document (as applicable) would be required to be submitted by the successful bidder at the time of signing of agreement after sanctioning of the work. at Office of Project Administrator Mohanpura Kundalia Project Management Unit Rajgarh Distt. Rajgarh (Biaora).
