About the Proposal

This request for proposal invites Agency/Company/Vendor to submit proposal for the construction, repair and renovation of the school premises. This includes construction of main gate, stage, handwashing station, boundary wall of the schools, repair of floor and walls of classrooms, BALA painting work waterproofing if required, paint, windows with mosquito mesh, repair of MDM and kitchen area etc in the Laksar block, Haridwar and  Raiwala and Doiwala block, Dehradun. The intervention aims to improve the learning environment by addressing critical infrastructure gaps. The objective is to create safe, inclusive, and engaging learning spaces that foster better educational outcomes for children in rural areas.

Scope and Deliverables

• The engagement will cover the period from 1st June 2025 to 31st March 2026.
• The ratessubmitted by the agency must remain valid until March 31, 2026.
• The work has to be completed within the timeline for each schools. Depending on the work each school should be completed within 1.5-2.5 months of timeframe.
• The estimation of repair, construction and renovation of school premises will be based on gap assessment.
• Upon allocation of a cluster of schools, the selected agency will conduct a detailed gap assessment of existing infrastructure needs.
• The gap assessment will be verified by the MAMTA project team.
• The agency will prepare an initial budget estimate along with the required SOP documents for each school and submit them to the MAMTA team for approval.
• Once approved, the agency will commence the infrastructure work, adhering to the timelines outlined in the SOP.
• Upon completion, a satisfaction report will be collected from each school.
• The entire process will be carried out in close coordination and supervision of the MAMTA project team.
• Any changes or revisions in the plan will be subject to final approval by MAMTA HIMC, which will serve as the final decision-making agency.
• The data, informtaion including photographs will be the property of MAMTA HIMC and the agency shall not use it in any form without the written permission from a competent authority in MAMTA HIMC.
