RFP - Supply, Installation & Commissioning of 500 Solar systems Pan India

Vedanta Limited, India’s leading Natural resources company, has signed an MoU with the Government of India to create 4,000 State of the Art modern Anganwadis. We aim to transform the Anganwadis by not only upgrading the infrastructure but also improving pre-school education, skills development of women, delivery of nutrition and healthcare by providing an integrated model “Nand Ghar”. 

With above reference, you are invited to participate in this Request For Proposal (RFP) for the Supply, installation & commissioning of 500 Solar systems at Nand Ghars PAN India.

Broad Specifications (Annexure 1 for detailed scope of work):

 

 

 

Please submit your technical and financial (quotation) proposals along with the information required in the annexure for this RFP along with the following documents:

Following documents must be submitted

• Audited Financial statements (last 03 years): mention Turnover in INR Crores 
• • a. FY 2023-24
  • b. FY 2022-23
  • c. FY 2021-22 2.

• Proposed Make and Model with detailed specifications/ catalogue matching our desired specifications
• Acceptance of the above scope of work/ terms & conditions.
• Any deviation shall be explicitly mentioned.
• Cost break-up to be given for a unit of Solar System which should include cost of all materials, supply, installation, & commissioning + 5 years warranty, insurance during transit, etc.
