RFP for Procurement of Furniture for 1000 Nand Ghars (PAN India)

Nand Ghar is a social initiative of the Anil Agarwal Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Vedanta Group. The project aims to transform the lives of 7 crore children and 2 crore women across the 13.7 Lakh Anganwadi centres by providing education, primary healthcare, nutritional requirements and economically skill training for women across India. Project Nand Ghar modernises Anganwadis functioning under the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS).

Materials Required
- Chairs: Child-sized, sturdy, and safe for children use.  
- Tables: Crescent Moon shaped, rounded edges for safety, and easy to clean.  

The selected vendor will be responsible for:  
- Supply of Materials  
- Quality Assurance
- Delivery and Installation

- Branding Requirement

With the above reference, you are invited to participate in this Request For Proposal (RFP) .

Please submit your company’s profile, last 3 years(financial statements, similar work done for corporates. We expect presentations / discussions (virtual or in person) to Nand Ghar - AAF team to clarify queries if any or understand the requirements, Acceptance mail on the SOW we need through mail after going through the mail from your end.
