RFP-SELECTION OF MULTIPLE AGENCIES FOR TAXI SERVICES

CARE India Solutions for Sustainable Development (CISSD) a company registered under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (now section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013) having its corporate office at National Small Industries Corporation, New MDBP Building, 4th Floor, 411, Okhla Industrial Area, New Delhi 110020”. CISSD is a not-for-profit organization, working for the empowerment of marginalized women and girls and focusing on alleviating poverty and social injustice through well planned and comprehensive projects in health, education, livelihoods and disaster preparedness and response. CISSD would like to engage multiple Agencies for empanelment of vendor for providing taxi services. We kindly request you to submit your Quotation for Selection of Multiple Agencies through Annual Master Rate Agreement for providing Taxi Services as per financial format given in last page of document. In this regard, please note the following:

Submission of Technical and Financial Bid separately via email on or before 7:00 pm

Proposal must be sent only to procurementhq@careindia.org

Financial proposal should be password protected and password will be asked at later stage.

Technical Evaluation Criteria:

Name of Firm / Company / Agency / Proprietor (Copy of the registrationcertificate to be enclosed)
Must have at least 2 vehicles under each of the type like Sedan ( Dzire/ Amaze ) , MPV ( Ertiga / Innova / Crysta / Marazzao), Optional Tempo Traveller or matching vehicles not mandatory (Commercial registration of vehicle is Must )
Cars are neat and Clean and less than seven years old.
Provide list of Clientele in the last 2 calendaryears (Only NGOs including CARE India / Listed Corporates)
Reference checks from previous clients (Provide contracts and proof bills and Payments for last FY 22 )
List of States where agency can provide taxi services at same costs .
