Engagement of Information Design Agency for Key Learning Document Development

Goal and Objective:

The primary objective of this engagement is to enable SELCO Foundation to disseminate its work, insights, and learnings through well-designed, reader-friendly documents or decks that maintain content integrity while improving clarity, structure, and accessibility.

Scope of the study

Focused Geography: Remote, with periodic virtual check-ins

For Consultant / Agency should focused on following activities It will be a deliverable based contract with quarterly payments.

Selection Criteria

The agency will be selected based on:

• Proven experience in information design, especially in the development/social/non- profit sector.
• Portfolio showcasing ability to translate complex information into accessible formats.
• Team qualifications and creative approach.
• Names of clients who can be reached out for recommendations
• Understanding of SELCO’s ethos and communication needs.

Submission Requirements

1. A detailed proposal outlining Program Plan, approach, methodology, and timelines for each focus area.
2. A financial quote with a breakdown of costs.
3. Profiles and relevant experience of the team.
4. Examples of similar past projects.
