About the Project

The objective is to empower the teacher being the key driver, with various educational resources and innovative teaching-learning practices to deliver better quality education and improved outcomes.

AIF has evolved a strategy to ensure sustainability, stakeholder involvement, and achieving desired outcomes. The interventions are mapped class-wise, subject-wise, and area-wise, based on a need assessment of the available school infrastructure, academic processes, and teaching-learning needs. The teachers will be sensitized on the usage of these interventions and facilitated with teacher resource manuals comprising learning activities around each intervention so that the teachers can integrate these activities/resources into the teaching-learning process for improved student outcomes.

Scope of Work/ Specifications/Configuration:

The study aims to evaluate the program to build robust evidence on the effectiveness of approach Impact Evaluation:

This assignment involves conducting an impact evaluation study. The assessment will focus on gathering evidence regarding the effect of project activities on students' interest in pursuing STEM careers and their learning outcomes. The evaluation will identify the issues and challenges students face in understanding STEM concepts, as well as the role of techno-pedagogy and STEM lab activities in enhancing their knowledge and interest in these subjects

Key Deliverables

  1. Inception Report (including the first draft of tools) outlining the research methodology and analytical framework designed for assessing the program’s impact.
  2. Tools pre-test Report.
  3. Final data collection tools prepared in consultation with AIF.
  4. Training report using the final translated tools.
  5. Operationalization plan: field plans, field progress reports, etc.
  6. Analysis plan.
  7. Chapter plan for the reports.
  8. Top-line presentations after baseline, midline - 1, midline - 2, and endline surveys.
  9. Comprehensive baseline, midline - 1, midline - 2, and endline reports based on the aforementioned information areas.
  10. Two whitepapers/impact briefs.
  11. Share all primary data in secure formats including all the physical copies and soft copies.
  12. Transcriptions of qualitative components (audio/video recordings).
