Tender for Construction of Divisional Forest Quarter "Vanrakshak Kaziranga at Bokakhat, Dist.- Golaghat, Assam

The prime objective of this geo-technical investigation was to explore the suitability of the subsoil involved for the proposed engineering work and to suggest the most suitable type of foundation for preparing adequate and economical design. Effort was made to obtain necessary information about the subsoil such as stratification, hydrological conditions, strength and settlement characteristics of the site and to know the engineering properties of the soil up to a depth that is likely to get affected by the proposed structure load.

Project Details:

• Project Name: Construction of Divisional Forest Quarter "Vanrakshak Kaziranga"
• Location: Bokakhat, District - Golaghat, Assam
• Type: Civil Construction Work

Scope of Work:

1. Construction of Forest Quarter as per approved architectural plans and specifications
2. Implementation of all civil, structural, and finishing works
3. Adherence to geotechnical investigation recommendations for foundation work
4. Complete site development and associated infrastructure

Pre-Qualification Criteria:

1. The bidder must have experience in executing similar construction projects in the last 5 years
2. Must be registered with appropriate government authorities
3. Should have necessary financial capability to execute the project
4. Must have qualified technical staff and required equipment
