About Anil Agarwal Foundation

The Anil Agarwal Foundation is implementing the Mobile Medical Vans Project to provide quality primary Healthcare services across all Nand Ghars. The project is sanctioned to improve the health status of the community by providing improved accessibility to quality preventive and promotive primary health care service across the target villages in which the Nand Ghars have been established, to imbibe positive health seeking behavior in community and to establish convergence with public and private stakeholders, to bring in maximum impact in the primary health care delivery to the community.

Please note that:

• The RFP is for onboarding an agency for website development/revamping.
• Contract shall be awarded to technically & commercially qualified organizations.

SCOPE OF WORK 

Documents required for this RFP

A.    Proposal document should broadly cover below sections but not limited to these:

1. Strategy, Approach, Planning and Milestones for this project: Technical Proposal
2. Organization Background
3. Previous experience in undertaking similar assignments/ projects

1.  
   • Documentary evidence: Submit MoUs, project reports, 3^rd party assessment reports, etc.

1. Any certificates, awards/ achievements

B.    Along with proposal, kindly submit the following documents of your organization:

1. Balance sheets or Turnover in last 03 FYs:
   1. 2022-23: approx.
   2. 2021-22:
   3. 2020-21:

Proposal Submission Deadline: 27^th May 2023
