Tender for Engagement of Construction Vendor for Design, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Refurbishment of District Veterinary Hospital, Kadipur, Pataudi Road, Sec – 10A Gurgaon, Haryana.

Specification:

The very purpose of this specification document is to enable the Bidder to execute the Proposed Refurbishment of Existing Building with basic amenities as per the requirement. The objective of the project is to develop the refurbishment of the existing building and site upgradation in Lump-sum Turnkey basis which includes but not limited to Architecture, Detail Design and Drawing, Supply of material and Execution, Grading & Levelling, Development of associated facilities and completion of project till handing over. All the architecture and construction to be done as per the latest technology and material considering the latest IS code / International standard / NBC standard and design to be done considering the greenhouse effect.

Terms of Payment

Vedanta shall process payments to the Contractor as per the following schedule:

Details of documents to be submitted for Technical Evaluation

  • Certificate of incorporation of firm.
  • GST Certificate.
  • Experience certificate from the owner for successful completion of works described in eligibility criteria.
  • Power of attorney of signatory of Bid
  • Pan Card details
  • Audited balance sheet and annual turnover statement of the preceding 3 financial years. The balance sheet & turnover statement should be CA certified.
  • Details of litigations, (if any).
  • Construction Plan with timelines (to be submitted by successful bidder)
