RFP for Soil water management under Shakti project at Odisha

CARE India Solutions for Sustainable Development (CISSD) is a company registered under section 25 of the Companies Act, 1956 (now section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013) having its OD-Hub office at Plot No. 107, Ground Floor, Kaibalya, Near Sai Saroj Apartment, Phase -2, Sub-8, Sailashree Vihar, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, 751021. CISSD is a not-for-profit organization, working for the empowerment of marginalized women and girls and focusing on alleviating poverty and social injustice through well-planned and comprehensive projects in health, education, livelihoods, and disaster preparedness and response.

CISSD would like to Supply of Common Facility Infrastructures in the villages of Project Shakti - “Marginalized rural women have increased their resilience to climate changes and impact and take part in decision-making processes” in Kalahandi district of Odisha, India. We kindly request you to submit a Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal (Two bids/Separately) via email. Financial Proposal should be password protected and the financial proposal password will be asked for at a later stage.

Technical Evaluation Criteria:

• The agency should be financially sound, and the annual turnover of the agency should be more than 1 Crore every year in the last three financial years
• The Agency has past experience for the supply of similar nature of Agriculture tools, equipment & machinery to at least 3 agencies in the last three FY.
• Credentials of the agency. Organization profile, organization registration certificate, GST registration details, core-competency, technical capacities
• Technical Specifications for the Equipment, Quality assurance, Warranty Services, and post sales service
