RFP for Technical & Commercial Proposal for TACO Gurgaon Hospital

Greetings from Anil Agarwal Foundation.

The Anil Agarwal Foundation (AAF), the social impact arm of Vedanta, launched The Animal Care Organization (TACO), a one-of-its-kind animal welfare initiative, in 2022. As part of extending support to Animal Husbandry Department of Haryana located at Sector 11 Gurgaon, Vedanta has taken up the responsibility Re-developing / Refurbishment of the existing veterinary hospital spread across in 1.75 Acres along with expansion through construction of a new building for providing healthcare related facilities to animals.

Key Role:

• Issue of GFC drawings in line with the project Construction schedule.
• Provide design support during Construction phase
• Resolve design related “on-site” problems in relation to the works, which may arise from time to time.
• Provide revised drawings in lieu of the Client approved changes to the GFC drawings in a timely manner
• Review Request for Information (RFIs) submitted by Contractors and provide timely response.

The scope shall be broadly divided in the following phases:

1. Concept Designs (CD)
2. Schematic Designs (SD)
3. Design Development (DD)
4. Construction Stage

With the above reference, you are invited to participate in this Request For Proposal (RFP) .

Please submit your company’s profile, last 3 years(financial statements, similar work done for corporates. We expect presentations / discussions (virtual or in person) to TACO- AAF team to clarify queries if any or understand the requirements, Acceptance mail on the SOW we need through mail after going through the mail from your end.
