Project Overview:

Vedanta, a $16 billion revenue group operating across multiple sectors including oil & gas, renewable energy, display glass, semiconductor, mining, and smelting, is looking to implement a unified digital workspace for our 18,000 employees and external business partners.

Key Project Objectives:

- Develop a robust internal communications platform

- Create a customized solution reflecting Vedanta's brand and operational workflows

- Deliver a user-centric, futuristic digital experience

Scope Highlights:

1. Platform Requirements:

   - Unified communications across mobile, desktop, and browser platforms

   - Comprehensive content services and site management

   - Advanced security and access control

   - Seamless enterprise system integrations

   - Multi-experience support

2. Core Capabilities:

   - Content management

   - Single sign-on (SSO)

   - Workflow automation

   - Personalization features

   - Usage analytics

   - Cross-platform accessibility

Project Timeline:

- Total implementation period: 45 days from contract award

- Services include platform customization, implementation, integration, and user training

Desired Outcomes:
