RFP for managing all VDHM 2024 related events for Vedanta

Delhi Half Marathon was Founded in 1988 by brothers Anil Singh and Vivek B. Singh, Procam International has been the driving force behind India’s sporting revolution. Its events and philanthropic endeavors have changed the lives of millions of Indians.

Vedanta Collaborated with Procam International in 2022 as the Title sponsor thus Vedanta Delhi Half Marathon so far has completed two marathons i.e., 2022 & 2023. 

For 2024 edition, Vedanta invites credible agencies to manage all activities (internal or external) till the marathon day on 20^th Oct 2024;

Following are the major activities;

1. Internal Activations: (Office Activations and Events): Spread across Sep’24- Oct‘24
2. External Activations: Spread across Sep’24 - Oct‘24
3. Expo: 17 to 19 October 2024.
4. Vedanta Marquee: 20 October, 2024

Please submit your company’s profile, last 3 years financial statements, similar work done for corporates. We expect presentations / discussions (virtual or in person) to Vedanta’s Sports team to clarify queries if any or understand the requirements.
