Objective	- Develop and design a series of four coffee table books, representing key  milestones of the Energy for Health Program in 4 States - Design and implement a dissemination strategy for the key milestones  represented in the book in 4 States as well as regional and national level

Summary of the project: As a part of its “Energy for Health” program, SELCO Foundation aims to  strengthen health services delivery through the deployment of Decentralized Sustainable Energy Solutions  for health centers across India, thereby improving access to quality health care.

SELCO Foundation is looking to develop and design a series of four "milestone” reports that showcase  Energy for Health program updates in the states of Mizoram, Meghalaya, Karnataka, and Bodoland  Territorial Region in Assam where 100% primary health facilities have been solar powered and  integrated with efficient med tech in partnership with respective state governments. These books will  highlight the blanket coverage achieved in each state, detailing the transformative changes brought  about by ENERGY for HEALTH initiatives in all 4 states/ regions. And design effective methods to  outreach the same.

The coffee table books will serve as a visual and narrative representation of SELCO's work, featuring high quality photographs, compelling stories, and detailed accounts of the positive impacts on local  communities, role of champions and stakeholders. By capturing the essence of all stakeholder efforts,  these books aim to inspire and inform stakeholders, partners, and public about the potential of  decentralized sustainable energy solutions in driving social and economic development.

The books would also need to capture specific cultural nuance of each state in its visual language and  narrative.

Selection Criteria:

• Proven experience in developmental research, communication design, story-telling and narrative  design, photo editing, video production, infographics, and visual communication.

• Proven experience in designing state and national level dissemination strategies 

• Showcase capacity to be able to delivery to contract deliverables in a timely manner
