RFP for onboarding Central Uniform Vendor for Nand Ghar Project.

Nand Ghar is a social initiative of the Anil Agarwal Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Vedanta Group. The project aims to transform the lives of 7 crore children and 2 crore women across the 13.7 Lakh Anganwadi centres by providing education, primary healthcare, nutritional requirements and economically skill training for women across India. Project Nand Ghar modernises Anganwadis functioning under the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS).

Purpose 
The purpose of this Scope of Work is to engage an agency to facilitate the procurement, quality assurance, and timely delivery of uniforms aimed at enhancing the learning environment for children at Nand Ghars. The agency shall ensure that all uniforms procured are safe, durable, and align with specified standards to support a positive and effective learning experience within the Nand Ghar initiative.

Uniform Specifications We are seeking a vendor to provide the following uniform set for children aged 3-6 years:  

1. Shirts: Pink and Maroon Checkered Cotton Collared Shirt (Half Sleeves) 
2. Trousers: Maroon Full Length Trousers (with elastic waist)
3. Sweater: Maroon Full Sleeves Sweater
4. Shoes: Black Velcro Uniform Shoes
5. Socks: Maroon Plain Children Socks

Key Requirements

• Comply with child safety standards
• Include Nand Ghar logo on shirts and sweaters
• Delivery within 15 days of order confirmation
• Ensure high-quality, durable materials

• Detailed technical proposal
• Product samples photos
• Commercial proposal
• Company profile.
• Past 3-year financial document.

Payment Terms 100% payment upon successful delivery to all designated Nand Ghar locations.

Please submit your company’s profile, last 3 years(financial statements, similar work done for corporates. We expect presentations / discussions (virtual or in person) to Nand Ghar - AAF team to clarify queries if any or understand the requirements, Acceptance mail on the SOW we need through mail after going through the mail from your end.
