RFP for providing consulting services for the construction of 5000 Nand Ghars

About Nand Ghar Project (an initiative by Anil Agarwal Foundation)

India is home to over 13.7 lakh Anganwadi and the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) is one of the largest social initiatives by any government in the world.

Vedanta Limited, India’s leading Natural resources company, has developed over 6000 Nand Ghars across India which are State of the Art modern Anganwadis. We aim to transform the Anganwadis by not only upgrading the infrastructure, but also improve pre-school education, skills development of women, delivery of nutrition and healthcare by providing an integrated model “Nand Ghar”.

We require a consulting & engineering firm for providing consulting services for the construction of next 5000 Nand Ghars across multiple states primarily in Rajasthan, Odisha and their adjoining states.

Technical Proposal

• Company profile
• Last 3 years audited financial statements
• Clients served for similar requirement
• Similar work performed: documentary evidence
• Proposal to implement the scope defined above
• Org. chart / MIP for this proposed scope which shall include no. of resources deployed (full time/ shared) with qualification & experience

Commercial Proposal:

• Cost per cluster of 25 Nand Ghars
• Engineering Services Cost per change
• Per Hour advisory

Contract Period: 02 years (extendable).
