About Bharti Airtel Foundation

Bharti Airtel Foundation was set up in the year 2000 as the philanthropic arm of Bharti Enterprises. It implements and  supports programs in primary, secondary and higher education. Since 2006, the flagship, Satya Bharti School Program  has been providing free quality education to thousands of underprivileged children in 173 schools in rural India across  five states, with a focus on the girl child. The impact of quality education has been widened by transferring the learning  and good practices of this program to more than 3 lakh students studying in 800+ partnering government schools  across 11 States/UTs, through Satya Bharti Quality Support Program (QSP), since 2013. Most of the processes under  QSP were found to be pragmatic. Bharti Airtel Foundation was invited by several education officers at district and state  level to scale up some of the initiatives through QSP At Scale. The Foundation has recently launched a new initiative,  TheTeacherApp, one of the most innovative technology solution for teachers and educators in the country. In response  to the government’s Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the Foundation initiated Satya Bharti Abhiyan from 2014 to 2021 which  benefitted over 2 lakh beneficiaries by improving sanitation conditions in the districts of Punjab. Review of Question Papers

Brief Description 

Subject matter experts required to ensure the quality, accuracy, and fairness of examination materials. Thorough  reviewing and evaluating of question papers across various subjects and education levels to ensure alignment with  educational standards, clarity of content, and adherence to guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reviewing Question Papers: Conduct comprehensive reviews of question papers for accuracy, relevance,  clarity, and appropriateness for the target audience.

2. Ensuring Alignment with Curriculum and Standards: Ensure that question papers align with educational  curriculum, learning objectives, and relevant standards or guidelines.

3. Quality Assurance: Verify the correctness of questions, including factual accuracy, appropriate  difficulty level, and absence of errors or ambiguities.

4. Language Proficiency: Assess the language used in question papers for clarity, coherence, and  appropriateness for the target audience, ensuring they are free from grammatical errors and ambiguity. 5. Formatting and Presentation: Review the formatting and presentation of question papers to ensure  readability, consistency, and adherence to prescribed guidelines.

6. Feedback and Recommendations: Provide constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement in  question paper, highlighting areas for enhancement and suggesting alternative approaches where necessary. 7. Deadline Management: Manage workload effectively to meet deadlines for reviewing question papers within  specified timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

∙ Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

∙ Strong understanding of educational standards, curriculum frameworks, and assessment principles. ∙ Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

∙ Proficiency in written and verbal communication.

∙ Experience in educational assessment, curriculum development, or related fields is desirable. ∙ Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for document review and collaboration.

Submission

1. CV for individuals in two pages 

2. Agency / Company with snapshot along with CV of the reviewers in two page each

3. Submit a proposal for the above task

4. Share a few samples of similar work undertaken in the past.

5. Details of similar tasks carried out in the past.

If your agency / CV is shortlisted. We will have technical call along with Agency / QP reviewer. Based on the outcome  of the call, Technical team may give recommendation to the suitable reviewer. Techncial team also reject any  candidate/ Agency without providing any reason. Any influence by the training agency / candidate will automatically disqualify.

Timeline:

RFQ Posting Date - 24^th July 2024 

Proposal submission deadline - 30^th July 2024

Evaluation period - 7 - 10 Days

Announcement of selected QP reviewer - 16^th Aug 2024

*Note 1 -RFQ may be pre-closed before due date, if we received suitable 

*Note 2 - Experience at senior level in QP reviewing is mandatory. 

All the proposal shall have subject “Review of QP ”
