RFP invited from Organisations for the ‘Clean Village Initiative’ under the Dadri Development Program

About Program: The Dadri Development Program (DDP), led by HCL Enterprise's leadership team and Vama Sundari Investments (Delhi) Pvt. Ltd., as a CSR initiative aimed at holistic development in Dadri Block, Uttar Pradesh. DDP's goal is to empower Dadri communities, fostering healthier and more empowered societies. It focuses on sectors such as education, health, youth skilling, agriculture, social safety, livelihood, and nature conservation to drive positive change in Dadri's communities.

Background: The Dadri Development Program invites proposals from organizations for 6+ months initiative aimed at executing a sanitation drive in Datawali village, Dadri block, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh. This project will address sanitation issues through awareness campaigns, community participation, resource deployment, and basic infrastructural improvements.

Objective: The three broad objectives of the project are to enhance knowledge on sanitation practices at home & villages, improve sanitation service delivery of sanitation at the village level & increase practices pertaining to sanitation within the community.

Scope of Work: The scope of work aims to address the challenge through a comprehensive strategy (6+ months program) which includes community based awareness sessions, community participation & engagement, promoting waste management practices, managing disposal of sanitary napkins & conducting certain basic civil works to clear water loggings. This initiative is expected to improve sanitation & cleanliness outcomes at the village Datawali.

Timeline: The project is estimated to be ~6+ months. The timeline should include key milestones and deliverables including submission final report and presentation.

Submission Guidelines: Interested organizations are invited to download the detailed RFP document from NGOBox. Proposals including the relevant annexures must be submitted by 10^th June, 2024 to piyushkumar.tonk@hcl.com (CC to ddevelopmentprogram@gmail.com)

Organization are request to send in their submissions with ‘Subject Line’ in the given format: DDP/Sanitation/07/ RFP by 10^th June, 2024. Proposals received beyond the date mentioned, shall not be considered for further processes.   

Proposals received after the due date will be liable for rejection.  

The proposal must include all the components mentioned in RFP annexure.  We will adhere to strict activities-timeline. We encourage organizations to submit their proposal and deliver the said work keeping the defined timelines as per the RFP document.
