Instructions:

• Bids shall be submitted offline only. The complete bid should reach at 43, DDA Community Centre, Zamrudpur, G.K-1, New Delhi-110048 by 18th February 2025, 5 Pm.
• Tenderer/Contractor/Bidders are advised to follow the instructions for the submission of the bids.

Eligibility:

Only Indian origin companies/suppliers are eligible for this bid

EMD Payment:

The bidder shall be required to submit the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) for an amount of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) by way of demand draft or Bank Guarantee only. The Demand Draft or bank Guarantee shall be drawn in favor of TRI Foundation, payable at New Delhi. The EMD of the successful bidder shall be returned after the successful submission of Bank Guarantee/ Security Deposit and for unsuccessful bidder(s) it would be returned after award of the contract. The demand drafts or Bank Guarantee for EMD must deliver to TRI, New Delhi address on or before last date/time of Bid Submission.

• Tenderer shall not be permitted to withdraw his offer or modify the terms and conditions thereof. In case the tenderer fails to observe and comply with stipulation made herein or backs out after quoting the rates, the aforesaid amount of earnest money will be forfeited.
• The Firm who are registered with National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC)
• /MSME/ or Small-Scale Industries (SSI) are exempted to submit the EMD (Copy of registration must be provide along with technical bid)
• The EMD, in case of unsuccessful Bidders shall be retained by TRI till the finalization of the tender. No interest will be payable by TRI on the EMD.

Submission of Tender:

The tender shall be submitted offline in two part, viz., Technical bid and Financial bid. All the pages of bid being submitted must be signed and sequentially numbered by the bidder irrespective of nature of content of the documents.

The offers submitted by Telegram/Fax/email shall not be considered. No correspondence will be entertained in this matter.

Technical Bid-

The following documents are to be furnished by the Contractor along with Technical Bid as per the tender document:

1. Signed and scanned copy of appropriate value of valid registration certificate (if any), experience certificate as per the tender notice, PAN, GST registration certificate and Tender Acceptance Letter.
2. Signed and Scanned Copy of Make and model of all systems, sub systems and additional items should be mentioned in the technical bid and complete technical details should be provided in the form of Brochures and write-ups.

Financial Bid-

Bidder must submit financial bid in sealed envelope only.
