Summary of the project:
The SELCO Foundation, in partnership with the Government of Nagaland, proposes a detailed technical assessment of solar systems previously installed by various organizations and partners. These solar systems are installed across different levels of the health system, including District Hospitals, Urban Primary Health Centres, Community Health Centres, Primary Health Centres, and Sub-Centres, spanning twelve districts: Mon, Tuensang, Mokokchung, Longleng, Peren, Zunheboto, Kohima, Dimapur, Phek, Kiphire, Wokha, and Noklak.
The purpose of this Terms of Reference (TOR) is to identify agencies or consultants capable of responsibly executing the technical assessment and recommending appropriate next steps or rectification plans for the solar systems if not working/ or if need any technical correction or upgradation in the proposed public health facilities.
