You will be responsible for managing the Accounts & Administration in the organization with specific responsibilities related to: Manage the Accounts in the organization in Tally package. Maintain timely vouchers in various projects of the organization Coordinate with the CA and team appointed by the organization Coordinate with the Managing Trustee on a day to day basis for ensuring smooth functioning of the organization Reporting financial progress to the Executive Committee as and when required Coordinate with Programe Manager on day to day basis Maintain Correspondence and Communication for Organization and projects Ensure payments, utilization reports and respond to donor communication related to accounts Supporting project teams to effectively manage their project finances including requisitions, maintain stock registers, cash books, assets etc. Orient the Program Managers and Coordinators periodically on their financial responsibilities Participate in quarterly, annual audits both internal and those carried out by Donor organizations and their external auditors. Ensure financial documentation of the organization in all respects
