Job Description/Responsibilities

Selected candidate shall be part of the core CoE Team and shall be reporting to the Project Lead-CoE Blockchain Technology at IIML EIC. The candidate would be responsible for smooth functioning of the centre and lead the following activities:

• The role requires the candidate to work closely with the Manager -CoE Blockchain to design, develop and run end-to-end Incubation program to onboard innovative startups at the respective locations.
• The candidate will work towards establishing, running & promoting the respective support centre providing continual value to blockchain startups and ecosystem in large.
• Work as an individual contributor to promote blockchain CoE and handle CoE Blockchain incubation program ranging from outreach, scouting, evaluation, selection, on-boarding and further support startups to enable compatible value proposition & scale up.
• Promote entrepreneurship and manage the day-to-day interaction with the startup founders, aspiring entrepreneurs and students to provide guidance to build technology focused startups in the respective region.
• The candidate will be accountable for the proper documentation, tracking, compliances & share status report.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• B Tech Degree from a reputed institute or MBA with technical background.
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in incubation, startup ecosystem, startup investment processes.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, AI solutions company
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Blockchain Technology is an added advantage
