Job Description/Responsibilities

Selected candidate shall be part of the core CoE Team and shall be reporting to the MD/CEO at IIML EIC. The candidate would be responsible for smooth functioning of the centre and lead the following activities:

• The role requires the candidate to work closely with the MD/CEO -IIML EIC to plan, design & strategically execute the establishment of CoE centre at Noida, Lucknow, & other locations.
• The position requires a high degree of ownership, technical understanding & ecosystem engagement to drive innovation, & position the CoE-BT as a nationwide blockchain based entrepreneurship program. Lead the end-to-end development of the CoE's programs, partnerships, and strategic initiatives in alignment with IIML EIC’s vision.
• Build and sustain strategic partnerships with government agencies, industry players, academic institutions, and funding agencies to promote blockchain innovation.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of progress, impact, and performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee & guide the CoE-BT team & fostering a high performance team culture within the CoE-BT

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• B Tech & MBA Degree from a reputed institute with minimum 10 years of work experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in incubation, startup ecosystem, or technology innovation roles
• Must have handled government projects related to Innovation Ecosystem in India
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0, AI solutions company
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management & strategic planning skills
• Knowledge of Blockchain Technology is an added advantage

Salary

The consolidated remuneration will be in the scale between Rs. 10.00 Lacs to Rs. 15.00 Lacs (allinclusive).
